Exporting Video in ACC 7
Navigate to the Desired Footage: Use the timeline to locate the specific time frame you wish to export.
Initiate the Export:
Right-Click Method: Right-click directly on the timeline at the start time of the desired footage and select "Add Export."
Quick Export: For a faster method, right-click on the video feed or timeline and choose "Quick Export." This feature allows for rapid exporting of short video snippets.
Time Range: Specify the start and end times for the export.
Camera Selection: Ensure the correct cameras are selected for the export.
Choose Export Format:
Native Format (AVE): Offers the highest resolution and includes metadata. Requires the Avigilon Player for viewing.
AVI or MP4: Standard video formats compatible with most media players.
Set Export Options:
Password Protection: For native exports, you can set a password to secure the footage.
Include Identity Data: Optionally include data such as License Plate Recognition (LPR) or facial recognition information.
Finalize and Save Export:
Export Tab: After setting the parameters, navigate to the "Export" tab to review the export queue.
Start Export: Click the "Export" button, choose the destination folder, and save the file.
Viewing Exported Video
Avigilon Player: For AVE files, use the Avigilon Player to view the exported footage. This player provides advanced features like timeline navigation and metadata viewing.
Standard Media Players: For AVI or MP4 files, any standard media player (e.g., VLC, Windows Media Player) can be used for playback.
